- All items are made-to-order, therefore all sales are final.
- Pending inspection, a store credit or refund will be issued for the item value less a 30% restocking fee
- To return any items, you first must call 631.537.1032 and obtain a return authorization.
- Replacement granted if goods arrive damaged. We do not refund for change of mind.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom and special orders may not be cancelled or returned.
- We do not accept returns for international orders.
In the rare occasion of damage, we are unable to assist and file an insurance claim without the customer’s notation of the damage on the shipper’s waybill.
If there is damage to items shipped via common carrier (i.e. UPS), please call us at 631.537.1032 immediately so that we may file a claim, and please keep all boxes and packaging. We will replace or repair any lighting damaged in shipping as quickly as possible.
